These terms cover your use of recurziv.com (the “site”) and DAINA, our AI studio guide. Recurziv is a digital studio in Panaji, Goa, India, operated by Recurziv LLP. By using the site or chatting with DAINA, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them plain — if anything’s unclear, email contact@recurziv.com.

The short version

• DAINA is an AI assistant. It can be wrong, and nothing it says is a binding quote, an offer, or professional advice.
• The site and everything on it are ours. You’re welcome to look; you’re not licensed to copy, scrape, or reuse it.
• An enquiry or a chat is a conversation, not a contract — any work we do together is agreed separately, in writing.
• Use the site fairly and lawfully. Don’t attack it, abuse it, or try to break the AI.

Who we are

The site is operated by Recurziv LLP, a limited liability partnership based in Panaji, Goa, India. Where these terms say “we”, “us”, or “Recurziv”, they mean Recurziv LLP. Our contact point for anything on this page — questions, notices, or complaints — is contact@recurziv.com.

Age

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, chat with DAINA, or enter into any agreement with us. The site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — see our Privacy notice.

DAINA and AI-generated answers

DAINA is an automated assistant that generates replies using AI. It’s there to help you learn about the studio and scope a possible project. Please read it in that spirit:

• It can be inaccurate. AI can produce wrong, incomplete, or out-of-date answers. Don’t rely on anything DAINA says as a statement of fact without confirming it with a human on our team.
• It isn’t advice. Nothing DAINA (or this site) says is legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.
• It isn’t an offer or a quote. Any prices, timelines, scope, or capabilities mentioned in chat are indicative only. A real quote or commitment from us is always made in writing by a person, in a separate agreement.
• It doesn’t speak for third parties. DAINA won’t, and shouldn’t, comment on other companies, tools, or people; if it ever appears to, treat that as an error, not our view.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions you make based on DAINA’s output. If in doubt, ask a human — contact@recurziv.com.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending us a message, sharing your details, or clicking “get a quote” starts a conversation — it doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. Any project proceeds only under a separate written agreement (scope, price, and timeline) that we both accept. Illustrative statements about what we “typically” do or what a project “usually” involves are not promises about your project.

What you can and can’t do

You may browse the site and use DAINA for your own genuine, lawful enquiries. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or resell any part of the site, its content, design, or code;
• reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or systems;
• try to make DAINA behave outside its purpose — including prompt-injection, jailbreaking, or eliciting harmful, unlawful, or off-brand output — or misrepresent its responses as our official position;
• overload, disrupt, or attack the site (automated abuse, denial-of-service, security probing without permission);
• submit anyone else’s personal data, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive;
• use the site to break any law or to infringe anyone’s rights.

We may limit, suspend, or block access if the site is misused.

Intellectual property

The site and everything in it — the 3D face, the voice, the interface, the words, the code, the visual design, and the DAINA experience — are owned by Recurziv LLP or used by us under licence, and are protected by law. Your use of the site gives you no ownership or licence to reuse any of it. Recurziv, our logo, and our brand are ours; please don’t use them without our written permission. Names of other products or organisations mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

What you type

You’re responsible for what you enter into the chat or forms. Please don’t share sensitive personal information, or anything confidential, that you wouldn’t want processed to answer you. How we handle what you share is explained in our Privacy notice — including that your chat stays in your browser unless you ask us to follow up, and that messages are processed by AI providers (which may be outside India) purely to generate a reply. By using the chat you consent to that processing. If you send us an idea or suggestion, we’re free to use it without obligation to you.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services (for example, AI and speech providers) and may link to other websites. We don’t control those services or sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Availability

We work to keep the site up and working, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we may change, pause, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recurziv LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or DAINA, or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to a nominal amount, as the site is provided free and for information.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site — or your breach of these terms — causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected with the site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panaji, Goa, India. Nothing here affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
